Synchrony Women's Retreat
This retreat is centered around synchrony- rhythm and flow with ourselves, each other and the natural world. A sense of togetherness with ourselves, each other and the natural world. Moving in unison with ourselves, each other and the natural world.
“The most powerful and pervasive mode of intensifying communal sharing is to give people the feeling that their bodies are one.” Alan Page Fiske
Trauma, pain, people pleasing, compromising and lack of pleasurable experiences can leave a person feeling disjointed from themselves, others and the natural world. This retreat is about remembering what it feels like when everything in you says "yes." It’s about knowing that “yes” is possible despite pain, trauma and lack of experience.
It’s about feeling whole.
